Packers 2024 Training Camp practices begin in Green Bay

TRAINING CAMP PRACTICE BEGINS IN GREEN BAY

The Packers will hold their first practice of the 2024 training camp on July 22 at 10:30 a.m., with the Annual Meeting of Shareholders taking place at 3 p.m. in Lambeau Field.

  • 2024 marks Green Bay’s 79th training camp, a tradition that began in 1946 under Curly Lambeau.
  • It will be the 16th summer that Green Bay will practice at Ray Nitschke Field, just a short walk or ride away from the team facility.
  • Should inclement weather or any other factor force the team indoors, practices will be closed to the public due to space limitations inside the Don Hutson Center.
  • The American Family Insurance DreamDrive bike tradition will take place in its typical format. Kids are invited to bring their bikes to each open practice day and offer the players a ride from Lambeau Field to Ray Nitschke Field. The Bellin Bike Rodeo and free bike-helmet giveaway as well as the Bellin Training Camp Village will also be a part of camp.
  • The public practices of training camp are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. (SUBJECT TO CHANGE).
  • July 22 will be the first of eight open practices in 10 days to close out the month of July (23-24, 26-28, 30-31).
  • The Packers will start August with an open practice on the 1st before Family Night takes place at Lambeau Field on Saturday, Aug. 3.
  • Green Bay will have two open practices (Aug. 6-7) before traveling to Cleveland to take on the Browns in the first preseason game on Aug. 10 at 3:25 p.m. CT.
  • Green Bay will head back home, where it will have two open practices (Aug. 13-14) before going to Denver, where they will have a joint practice (Aug. 16) before facing the Broncos on Aug. 18 at 7 p.m. CT.
  • The Packers finish off the open sessions of training camp with a practice on Aug. 20 and then a joint practice against Baltimore (Aug. 22) before facing the Ravens at Lambeau Field on Aug. 24 at 12 p.m. CT. The game against the Ravens is designated as the Packers Give Back Game, with a benefiting charity to be highlighted through the game and surrounding activities.
  • Media availability will be conducted with a combination of in-person press conferences and open locker room.
  • The Packers will use their facilities at Lambeau Field for their entire training-camp operations, including practice, meals and meetings.
