Eden resident killed in south Main Street motorcycle crash in Fond du Lac

Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue as well as the Fond du Lac Police Department responded to the area of south Main Street near Woodland Avenue Just after 7 PM Friday, March 28, 2025 after getting several calls of a motorcycle crash.
Initial information in the investigation leads Fond du Lac Police Officers to believe that a 26-year-old male Eden resident was northbound on S. Main Street on a motorcycle and crashed into another northbound vehicle driven by a 67-year-old male Fond du Lac resident.
The 26-year-old was transported to SSM Health (St. Agnes Hospital) by Fire Rescue with life-threatening injuries and later died. The driver of the vehicle received no injuries from the crash and is cooperating with law enforcement.
The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office is assisting Fond du Lac Police by conducting an accident reconstruction at the scene. S. Main Street between 15th Street and Guindon Boulevard remained closed during the accident reconstruction. The investigation into this accident remains under active investigation.
