Woman carjacks medical transport van from Green Bay hospital

Law enforcement in northeast Wisconsin are on the lookout for a 46-year-old Keshena woman and the medical transport van she carjacked Tuesday morning, July 8, 2025, from a Green Bay hospital.

At 7:40 a.m., the Prevea Health van was parked outside St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center on Green Bay’s west side with an employee in the van. The employee reported he was approached by a woman with a large knife who ordered him to get out of his van.

Police say the suspected woman who did the carjacking is Jerilyn Soto and that she’s considered armed and dangerous.

The van is described as a 2022, dark gray Chrysler Pacifica with Wisconsin fleet license plate 35729A and Prevea Health markings, with the numbers 8222 on the tailgate. At the time It was stolen, it had a large, white triangular topper that says “Prevea Health Patient Shuttle.”

Green Bay Police ask if anyone sees the vehicle or knows of Soto’s whereabouts, to call 911 and report the location, time and direction the vehicle was travelling.
