Several people in northern Fond du Lac were without power early Tuesday night, October 7, 2025, as a result of a vehicle crashing into a utility pole.

Shortly after 9 pm, the Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue Department was called to the area of Scott and Doty for a report of powerlines that were sparking.

Shortly after another call came in saying that a vehicle struck a power pole on Doty Street, near the west side of Lakeside Park.
