Banana Ball is coming to Wisconsin

Banana Ball, made famous by the Savannah Bananas Baseball show team will be making a two day stop in Milwaukee next summer at American Family Field.
Six teams now make up the Savannah Bananas’ Banana Ball Championship League with the Loco Beach Coconuts and the Indianapolis Clowns making their debut next season.
On June 6th and 7th, at Am Fam Field, the Loco Beach Coconuts will take on The Party Animals team which was formed in 2021.
Banana Ball is an entertainment-first version of baseball created by the Savannah Bananas team which was formed in 2016.
Games feature a unique set of rules to make the game faster and more engaging for fans. Key differences include a two-hour time limit, Instead of a free base on ball four, the batter needs to sprint to steal first base. And fans catching foul balls results in an out. The game also incorporates on-field antics, choreography, and a festive atmosphere.
Banana ball has been gaining popularity exponentially with games selling out major league baseball stadiums with no problems.
The demand is so great for tickets that the league uses a lottery system to pick which fans get to attend games. This is a way to manage demand and give fans an equal chance to purchase tickets. It ensures that tickets are distributed through a random drawing rather than through a first-come, first-served system that would quickly be overwhelmed. This method allows them to sell all tickets directly to fans and avoids issues with scalping and fraudulent tickets on resale sites.
In 2025, 2 million fans attend a game in the league. With more games being added next year with the two new teams, its estimated that 3.2 million fans will be at games in 2026.
To register for the 2026 ticket lottery, you must sign up for the lottery by the end of October 2025.
