Final 4 announced in Coolest Thing Made In Wisconsin contest

Sheboygan County, and east central Wisconsin in general won’t have a repeat this year with the coolest thing made in Wisconsin.

The contest, put on yearly by Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce, is down to the final four in the voting which shows Sargento Cheese and Carbliss canned cocktails both from Sheboygan County, being eliminated after making it to the final 8. The two companies beat out hundreds of other entries to get to the final elimination rounds.

The four items left in the contest, now in it’s 10th year are,

Search and Rescue Airboat made by 1000 Island Airboats in Marion

A Comfort Custom Seating System by Permobil in New Berlin

Kikkoman Soy Sauce made by Kikkoman Foods, Inc. in Walworth

And Extrication Tools by TNT Rescue Systems in Hartland

This year’s winner will be announced at the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce Business Day event in Madison October 23rd.

Last year’s winner was Jolly Good Soda, made in Sheboygan County.
