14 month drug operation nets 38 arrests in northeast Wisconsin

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office was involved with multiple other law enforcement agencies in a 14 month long investigation of drug trafficking connected to Mexican drug cartels.

As a result, The Brown County Sheriff’s Office conducted 11 search warrants Wednesday, carried out in Bellevue, Green Bay, Lawrence, and Neenah.

A press release says 15 people were arrested in the search warrants with cocaine, marijuana, 21 guns, two vehicles, and over $28,000 in cash seized during the operation.

In addition to the 15 arrested yesterday, the release says 23 others had been arrested connected to the operation during the investigation. Those arrests also led to the seizure of 1.2 kilograms of cocaine, 38 pounds of marijuana, 6 guns, and $18,000 cash.
