Fond du Lac Police investigate separate battery complaints
The Fond du Lac Police Department are investigating two battery complaints that happened overnight Friday, March 20, 2026 into Saturday morning.
Shortly before 8 p.m. police and Fond du Lac Paramedics were called to an address for a 10-year-old girl that says she was attacked by a group of kids near Chegwin School. Reports over police radio say she had a fingernail ripped off and was kicked in the stomach. The reporting person said the suspects consisted of four boys and a girl.
Then later, shortly after 2:30 a.m., a woman called police to report she was attacked by a group of women near the intersection of north Main and Marquette Streets. An ambulance was dispatched for her due to bleeding from her face.
