Milwaukee man already on parole for selling drugs, charged with intent to deliver drugs in Fond du Lac County

On July 4, 2026, a Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for a registration violation detected by ALPR (Automated License Plate Reader). In confirming the registration, which had been expired since 2025, both registered owners had moved out of state and were subsequently deceased.

During the course of the traffic stop, K9 RIP was deployed and indicated a positive alert for the presence of narcotics.

A search was then conducted of the vehicle which resulted in locating items of drug paraphernalia and 58 grams of cocaine.

The traffic stop and search resulted in the arrest of a 57 year old Milwaukee man on charges of Possession With Intent to Deliver/Distribute Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Illegally Obtained Prescription. The subject was out on parole at the time of stop for previous Possession With Intent to Deliver/Distribute Cocaine and Felon in Possession of a Firearm convictions.

The subject is still currently in custody at the Fond du Lac County Jail on a $20,000.00 cash bond.
