Fond du Lac Police investigate stabbing incident

City of Fond du Lac Police are investigating what led to a reported stabbing Thursday afternoon, August 6, 2026.

At around 5:15 p.m., units were called to a report of a person with a stab wound at SSM Health St Agnes Hospital.

A Fond du Lac County Deputy first on the scene obtained information that the incident happened at 42 North Park Avenue in the City of Fond du Lac.

While some officers went to talk to the victim, others descended on the house at the corner of North Park Avenue and Hoyt Street, creating a perimeter around the house with their long guns out.

Investigation showed that the victim and the suspect were both at the hospital with law enforcement, so units at the North Park Address just needed to confirm there were no other victims and contain the scene.

All occupants of the house were escorted out and appeared to be uninjured.
