City of Fond du Lac Government service hours for Labor Day weekend announced

Several City of Fond du Lac services will be closed or operating on modified schedules for the Labor Day holiday.

City offices, the Municipal Service Center and Senior Center will be closed Monday, September 7th.

There will also be no garbage or recycling collection that day.

Garbage normally collected Monday will instead be picked up Tuesday, September 8th, along with the normal Tuesday route. Residents should have their garbage out by 5 a.m.

Recycling collection will be delayed by one day for the remainder of that week.

The Fond du Lac Public Library will be closed Saturday, September 5th through Monday, September 7th, and City Transit buses will not operate on Labor Day.

Yard waste and brush may still be dropped off at the Municipal Service Center during the holiday hours.
