Helen M.
Jagdfeld, 98, a resident of the
passed away January 15, 2015 at the home.
She was born
November 13, 1916 in
a daughter of the late Albert and Marie Herbert Niederehe.
On September
10, 1940 she was united in marriage to Clarence J. Jagdfeld at St. Mary’s
Catholic Church,
Helen was
employed by Dr. Ewald Pawsat and later by the
She was a member of Holy Family Parish, and the St. Francis Home Auxiliary.
Survivors include
her daughter, Carolyn (Richard) Schrimpf, of Fond du Lac, six grandchildren,
Dan (Rebecca) Barfknecht of Appleton, Paul (Cheryl) Barfknecht of Oshkosh,
Steve (Dana) Barfknecht of Denver, CO, Michael (Margaret) Schrimpf of Grays
Lake, IL, Jim (Jessica) Schrimpf of Oregon, WI, Lynn (fiancée Chris Theder)
Watkins of Lake Mills, WI, 14 great-grandchildren, Zachary, Nicole and Noah
Barfknecht, Lucas, Connor, and Nathan Barfknecht, Jacob, Benjamin, and Megan
Schrimpf, Jamie, Kaitlyn, and Alyssa Schrimpf, Jack and Emily Watkins. She is
further survived by a sister-in-law, Helen Jagdfeld of
nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was
preceded in death by her husband, Clarence on February 2, 2007, a daughter,
Marianne Barfknecht, two sons-in-law, Donald Barfknecht and Verne Kent, and a
brother, Herbert (Nora) Niederehe.
Visitation: The family will receive relatives
and friends on Tuesday January 20, 2015 from 9:00 to 10:45 AM at

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be
celebrated at
on Tuesday, 11:00 AM. Rev. Ryan Pruess will officiate. Entombment will be in
the Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum,
