Joyce Marie
Ogie of Fond du Lac, WI passed away on January 6, 2019. She was born on
December 24, 1937 in Racine WI. She was the loving daughter of Charles (Chuck) &
Elizabeth Grayson and sister to Lenore Gerhartz. Joyce married David John Ogie on November 8, 1958
and went on to have four beautiful children including daughter Lynn Marie Ogie,
daughter Laura Lee Ogie, son Paul David Ogie (Jeana), and daughter Joanna (Chuck)
Rose Ebbers. Joyce cherished her
grandchildren Cade David & Hudson Grace Ebbers, Hunter Bon Scott & Autumn
Rose Ogie (mother Angela Dvorak), and many nieces and nephews.

As a
caregiver, she became very close to the families she worked for and they grew
to love her. Spending time with her children and grandchildren was the most
important thing in her life. Joyce had the gift of creativity and loved painting,
crafts, flower gardening, classic movies, poetry and music. Golf and bowling were hobbies she enjoyed as
well as attending concerts. She was also
very proud of her Irish heritage.

Joyce was a
loyal friend with a generous heart. She
was a compassionate soul always willing to give to others in need. She loved to laugh and was always up for a
silly adventure as she embodied a playful spirit and an amazing sense of humor. She will be deeply missed, but her memory
will remain close to the hearts of all those that knew and loved her.

Visitation:
Joyce’s family welcomes relatives and friends for a time of visitation at
Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac, from 1:00 PM to 2:00
PM on Saturday, January 12, 2018.

Service: A
gathering to honor Joyce’s life will follow visitation on Saturday at the
funeral home at 2:00 PM.
