Lillian E. Tasch
Lillian E. Tasch, age 92, of the Town of Brothertown, died on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at her home. She was born April 21, 1924 in the Town of Stockbridge, daughter of the late Oliver & Gertrude (Grossel) Parsons.
She married Elwin Tasch on April 10, 1945 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Stockbridge. On her husband’s return from service in the US Army, they farmed in the township of Brothertown and also owned and operated Lakeview Estates Mobile Home Park.
Survivors include her children: Mike (Barb) Tasch of Malone, Mary (Terry) Zeller of Brillion, Stephen (Diane) Tasch of Malone, Nicholas (Dorothy) Tasch of Brothertown, Kenneth (Debra) Tasch of Chilton, Timothy (Linda) Tasch of Brothertown; a son-in-law: David Arnold of Campbellsport; 24 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; 3 sisters: Rita (Marvin) Nennig, Evelyn Schleich, Karen (Jerry) Schneider; 2 brothers: Robert (Rosemary) Parsons, James Parsons; and a brother-in-law: Jim Gerharz. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Elwin who died in March of 2006; a daughter: Barbara; a son: Joseph; a grandson: Preston Tasch; a great granddaughter: Megan Hass; a sister: Bernice Gerharz; 2 brothers: William “Bill” Parsons, Richard “Dick” Parsons; a brother-in-law: John Schleich; and a sister-in-law: Janice Parsons.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Stockbridge with the Rev. Michael Betley officiating. Burial will be in the Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in Jericho. Friends may call at the church from 9:30 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, April 29, 2017.
