Viola’s life was guided by her strong faith, she found great comfort, strength and joy in her faith in Christ and witnessed this to many. Viola spent over 50 years teaching Sunday School, adult Christian classes, serving as a parish worker and serving on Church Councils. She has been a member of Church of Our Saviour since 1979.
Viola was preceded in death by her parents, stepson Alan, brothers Glenn and Floyd, sister Irene, sons-in-law Bill Nuttleman and Greg Petrie and grand-daughter-in-law Sara Honnor and other loved family members.
It was Viola’s desire that in lieu of flowers memorials go to either ELCA World Hunger or Church of Our Saviour.
The family would especially like to thank the entire staff of Willowdale Nursing Home of New Holstein – this was Judy’s home for the last three years of her life where she was compassionately cared for.
Viola will be dearly missed here on earth, but we know that we will rejoice with her again when we all meet in heaven. Praise be to God!
