County Sees 401 More Tests Results, Total Of 2,770 Negative Tests

Fond du Lac County reflected a rise in positive
cases from over the weekend. 18 new cases were confirmed, with 141 total confirmed cases in the county. FDL County Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says with increased testing, they expect to see more positive cases. There were 401 more tests received over the weekend. There are also 2,770 total negative tests, 50 active cases and 88 recovered cases. There are also four people hospitalized as a result of contracting the virus, with a total of thirteen people having received hospitalization since March 3. Statewide, the negative case count surpassed 144,000, with 12,687 positive cases and 459 deaths. The Wisconsin DHS says the weekly testing capacity is being increased to 85,000 a week starting this week.
