FDL City Manager Evaluation Superb

During a closed session this week the Fond du Lac City Council evaluated the performance of City Manager Joe Moore and he graded very well. The Council used a rating scale from one to five to measure the different things like leadership and management attributes for elements that included fiscal management, personnel management, professional conduct, community relations, and much more. The City Manager’s average rating was a superb 4.48. City Council President Sam Meyer says there is no question that his enthusiasm for the job, eagerness to grow and learn on the job has and will continue to serve the citizens of Fond du Lac well into the future. The City Council and City Manager will go over his 2014 goals for Fond du Lac at the next City Council meeting.
