Johnstone Supply Expands to NFDL Business Park

Milwaukee-based Johnstone Supply will be expanding into
the Northgate Business Park in North Fond du Lac. The Village of North Fond du
Lac recently completed the sale of 4.83 acres in the business park to Johnstone,
with a new 25,000 square foot facility to be built by the summer of 2020.
Johnstone Supply is a heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration
supply company that supplies parts and equipment to residential, light
commercial and industrial markets. The company recently entered the local area
by leasing 20,000 square feet in the Fond du Lac area to serve as a temporary
location until their new facility is ready.

The Northgate Business Park is located northeast of Interstate
41 and County Highway OO, and is currently home to clinics of Agnesian Health
Care and Aurora Health Care, FZE and Side x Side Construction.
