Mayville Man Arraigned On Child Porn Possession Charges

The 46-year-old Mayville man accused of possessing child pornography was arraigned in Dodge County Court this week. Marlon Kegel pled “not guilty” to the ten felony counts he is facing.  He allegedly had the images on laptops, hard drives, thumb drives, cell phones and floppy discs. Initially Kegel told investigators that he never downloaded images of children but then, but then admitted it.
