Minor Damage Reported in Shed Fire Saturday Morning

A pole shed serving as a workshop at a home in rural Fond
du Lac County sustained minor damage after a fire early Saturday morning. The
Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office along with Fire Departments from Eldorado,
Van Dyne, Lamartine and North Fond du Lac responded to the home on Townline
Road around 5:21 AM. The shed sustained mostly smoke and water damage in the
fire, and officials say it may have been caused by a wood burning stove being
used to heat the structure. No injuries were reported.
