Oshkosh Father to Enter Plea in Child Death Case
The Oshkosh man accused of causing the death of his two-month old son appeared in court on Thursday.
27-year old Cory Lyons is charged with First Degree Reckless Homicide, after admitting to shaking the child late last month. He reportedly told investigators that he shook the child, yelling for it to stop fussing – and the child’s head snapped back and came forward. An autopsy shows the child died from brain injuries.
Lyons is expected to enter a plea on January 7th.
