Oshkosh Man Sentenced in Fatal FDL County Rollover

An Oshkosh man will spend the next fifteen years behind bars for a fatal marijuana-related drugged driving crash. 20-year old Jonathan Vogel is also sentenced to seven years of extended supervision for Homicide with the Use of a Vehicle after the use of a controlled substance. In April of 2017, Vogel rolled his car along Highway 26 – pinning Whitney Domer inside. She later died from her injuries.
