Second Committee to Vote on Advisory Marijuana Referendum

A second Fond du Lac County committee is set to take a look at a potential marijuana advisory referendum that could show up on the spring election ballot. The Public Safety Committee voted last month to place the referendum on the April ballot – but the Board of Health must also approve the resolution at their meeting tonight. The committee is also expected to consider asking the state legislature to study the merits of medical marijuana. The Board of Health meeting begins at 5:30pm.
