State Rep Thiesfeldt Attends Foxconn Bill Signing

Given the historic nature of the Foxconn bill signing, State Representative Jeremy Thiesfeldt attended it Monday to witness Governor Walker sign the $3 billion incentives bill into law. He wanted to be there for the big moment in the history of the nation and the history of Wisconsin. Thiesfeldt says he doesn’t see why companies in Fond du Lac County can’t be part of the supply chain for Foxconn. He feels the central location of Fond du Lac in the state would be a good reason for companies to settle here. The state lawmaker from Fond du Lac says getting Foxconn to locate to Wisconsin puts the state in the game when it comes to competition for the electronics industry.
