Two More Positive COVID-19 Tests in FDL County

Two new positive tests for COVID-19 have been reported in Fond
du Lac County. Public Health Officer Kim Mueller said in an update on the Health
Department’s Facebook page Wednesday afternoon that the number of positive
tests in the county stands at 14 after the latest batch of tests were returned
to the department. Mueller explained that one of the previous patients that tested
positive for the disease has fully recovered from their symptoms. That means that
out of the 14 reported positive tests in the county, 13 patients remain in
isolation.

The two newly reported positive tests in Fond du Lac County
bring the statewide total to 108. According to the Wisconsin Department of
Health Services, Milwaukee County now reports 47 positive tests, with 23 reported
in Dane County. Sheboygan County reported its fourth positive test on Wednesday,
while Winnebago County remains at three. DHS says community spread remains
evident in Milwaukee, Dane and Kenosha counties.
