FDL Area Football Players Sign National Letters of Intent

Six Fond du Lac area high school football players signed National Letters of Intent to play college football Wednesday morning (2/1). All six signed with NCAA Division 2 schools in the midwest. 

From Fond du Lac High School, defensive lineman Donte Johnson, linebacker Devon Krzanowski and defensive back Trey Halfmann signed at the high school Wednesday morning. Johnson signed with the University of Minnesota – Duluth, Krzanowski with St. Cloud State University and Halfmann with Minnesota State University – Mankato. 

From St. Mary’s Springs Academy, lineman Michael Buetow signed with Minnesota State-Mankato and from Winnebago Lutheran Academy, linebacker Tanner Haase signed with Hillsdale College in Michigan and Quarterback Eric Schmitz signed with Minnesota-Duluth.
