City Of FDL Plan Commission Meets Today, 2040 Plan Discussed

The City of Fond du Lac Plan Commission is set to meet later today, and on the agenda is the Comprehensive Plan Update. According to a memo released by Dyann Benson, Community Development Director, MSA Professional Services has been conducting a community survey and online mapping tool, since August, designed to collect public input on a variety of topics and actions. All of that information will be used to create the 2040 Comprehensive Plan. One of the goals stated is to create places that are vibrant, attractive and unique, especially along the city’s Main St. corridor, including downtown. What’s missing from the information provided is anything related to the Alternative Lakeside Park Master Plan. The Plan Commission is set to meet at 5:30 p.m., in the City/County Government building, which you can attend virtually online.
