–Alayna Suprenand’s solo home run in the top of the eighth helped the Vikings beat the Warriors in game one of a doubleheader. Amber Johnson led the WLA offense in game one – going 4-for-5 with a home run and a pair of doubles.

–Alayna Suprenand went 2-for-2 with a pair of home runs, driving in four runs in the game for the Vikings as they completed the doubleheader sweep of the Warriors.

–Riley Baetz went 3-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored, while Tenley Gassner tossed a one-hitter, striking out nine in the win for Lomira.
Lomira 5, Watertown Luther Prep 4
–The Lions scored twice in the fifth to tie the game, and pushed across the winning run in the sixth as they rallied to beat the Phoenix. Riley Baetz went 2-for-3 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored in the win for Lomira

–Lexi Smit went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI as the Spartans lost a slugfest to the Cardinals. Pacelli scored six runs in both the first and fifth innings to break the game open.

–Another rough night at the office for the Brewers – as they were held hitless through six innings and fell to the Braves in game two of the weekend series at American Family Field. A sacrifice fly from Luis Urias in the seventh was the only run they could push across in the game, after falling behind 4-0 after two innings of play. Milwaukee has lost 10 of their last 13 games, and will try to avoid the sweep this afternoon. First pitch is 1:10, radio coverage starts at 12:35 on KFIZ.
