Over 500 New COVID-19 Cases Reported Thursday

The COVID-19 numbers continue to pile up in Fond du Lac County.

The Fond du Lac County Health Department reported 542 new confirmed cases of the virus Thursday afternoon, pushing the county over 24,000 total confirmed cases.

Active cases rose another 363, with the health department now tracking 3,397 total active cases within the county.

There was some relief as 179 cases were listed as released, while 1,045 tests were reported as negative.

Hospitalizations continue to hold steady, with 18 people receiving medical care in county hospitals due to complications from the coronavirus.
