Coach Ruch: “We played really well in the 1st half and had some great opportunities. Sarai had a nice combination of an overlap on the left side and made the cross in the box and it ricocheted off Hateya Zehren to Aurora Santana on the weak side for our 1st half goal. 2nd half we didn’t have as much energy or intensity and allowed Hartford to come at us with their attack. With 7 minutes left in the game Brooklyn Wood scored on a breakaway. Hartford got one back within the next minute. We resume FVA play on Tuesday.”
