AG Kaul Makes It Official

Attorney General Josh Kaul is officially running for his office in 2022. Kaul announced his candidacy over the weekend, after spending several months raising money for the effort.

Kaul touted his efforts in eliminating the sexual assault kit backlog, and his work to fight opioid manufacturers and drug companies during a small ceremony in Madison.

A pair of Republican candidates are already in the running, which include Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney and UW-Madison law professor Ryan Owens.
