AHC Foundation Charity Open Raffle Tickets Now On Sale

The Agnesian HealthCare Foundation has started selling raffle tickets as part of the 2016 annual Charity Open, set for Monday, August 15 at South Hills Golf & Country Club in Fond du Lac.

This year’s grand prize is a 2016 Jeep Latitude or a $15,000 cash prize. The drawing is set at 8:30 p.m. on August 15. Ticket purchasers do not need to be present to win.

Second prize is $5,000 cash; third prize is $2,500 cash; fourth prize is $1,500 cash; and fifth place is $1,000 cash. Tickets are four for $150 or $50 each.

The Agnesian HealthCare Foundation is accepting credit card ticket sales by phone. All other purchases will continue to occur face-to-face, without sales by mail.

Simply call (920) 926-4959 and purchase your Charity Open raffle tickets by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover).

To help make last minute ticket sales easier, the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation will be offering a ticket drive thru at the main St. Agnes Hospital entrance from 7 to 9 a.m. on August 15. Interested individuals can pull up to the St. Agnes Hospital main entrance and will be serviced without having to leave their vehicle.

Raffle tickets can be purchased at St. Agnes Hospital and Fond du Lac Regional Clinic Information Desks, Agnesian HealthCare Foundation, Central Barber, Festival Foods, Fox Valley Savings Bank, Graphic Center, Holiday Chevrolet, Jack Twohig Carpet One, Jet Stream Car Wash, Michels Corporation, Partners by Design, South Hills Pro Shop, Summit Automotive, Trepanier’s Backyard Grill & Bar, and Twohig Flooring America.

Proceeds from the 2016 Agnesian HealthCare Foundation Charity Open will benefit Agnesian HealthCare’s Hospice Hope services. This year’s event is being led by Dr. Karen Meyer and Kurt Krueger as senior chairpersons, with Dr. Burt and Alysia Steffes as junior chairpersons.

The mission of hospice is to affirm life and view death as a natural process. Hospice is designed to help patients live the remainder of their lives as fully as possible. An interdisciplinary team of trained professionals work together to deliver hospice services that can make that dream a reality.
