Amtrak Closing Ticket Window In Columbus

The Amtrak trains will continue to run through Columbus, Wisconsin and stop at the station there, but the ticket window will no longer be staffed. Customers will be able to purchase tickets and make reservations online, by using an Amtrak mobile app or by calling 1-800-872-7245. Passengers will continue to have access to a station waiting area. The change at the Columbus Amtrak station starts next Monday.
