Attempted Homicide suspect captured after pursuit in Dodge County

On May 25, 2024 at 3:00 pm, Dodge County Sheriff’s Deputies were alerted of an attempt to locate of an attempted homicide suspect from the Shawano County Sheriff’s Office who had fled in a white Ford Focus hatchback. A Flock Camera within Dodge County captured the suspect’s vehicle on USH 151 southbound. Deputies responded to USH 151 north of Beaver Dam along with Beaver Dam Police Department. A second Flock Camera captured the suspect vehicle southbound on County Highway A and deputies responded to this area.

Deputies successfully located the suspect vehicle on STH 16/26 southbound near West Clymet Road in the town of Clyman, Dodge County, WI. The suspect then took off at a high rate of speed and a traffic pursuit was initiated. The suspect accelerated to around 125mph, almost struck two vehicles, and exited at STH 16 eastbound on the north side of Watertown. The suspect exited at County Highway L and turn northbound where the suspect almost struck another motorist. The suspect went through a second roundabout and went the wrong way on the off ramp to STH 16 westbound to County Highway L. The suspect stopped and a foot pursuit ensued.

Deputies quickly captured the suspect and he was identified as 31 year old Jordan K Feemster of De Pere, WI. Jordan Feemster was transported to the Dodge County Jail on felony charges of Knowingly Fleeing an Officer and Recklessly Endangering Safety. Misdemeanor charges of Reckless Driving and Resisting/ Obstructing an Officer. A Probation and Parole hold was placed on him and he received multiple traffic citations.

Sheriff Dale Schmidt wants the public to know that that law enforcement agencies in Dodge County have committed to holding those who flee from law enforcement officers accountable. Those who are complaint and stop for law enforcement may still end up with consequences, but those who flee will certainly also face additional FELONY charges. The vast majority of those who flee do end up being arrested and their attempts to flee usually fail. We arrest these individuals as swiftly as possible not only to hold them accountable to the law, but also as a deterrent to others. Rest assured if someone flees in Dodge County they will be arrested and held legally accountable.
