Blood supplies continue to be low – Red Cross asking for donors

Donated blood continues to be in short supply and the American Red Cross is asking residents of south east Wisconsin to step up and donate. This during a time that is
traditionally not known for it’s successful blood drives due to the busy holiday season. This is why the Red Cross is offering an incentive to take the time to donate.

Those who give blood, platelets or AB Elite plasma through December 17, will receive a $10 Amazon.com Gift Card, a Red Cross long-sleeved T-shirt, and be entered for a chance to win a $1,000 Amazon Gift Card and a 65-inch TV.

Residents in Fond du Lac County have 6 chances to donate at local blood drives in the coming month including today at the Waupun Highschool between 8 AM and 1:30 PM.
