Body Identified As Missing Mayville Man

The Mayville Police Department has now said that the body recovered Monday in a farm field has been identified as that of 77-year old John Bachhuber. Bachhuber had been reported missing back on February 17^th by his family. 

Tips from two witnesses reported seeing Bachhuber walking south on Hwy. 67 near Dunn Road between 11p.m Saturday, February 15 and 12:20 a.m. Sunday February 16. Bachhuber’s body was found Monday on the edge of farm south of Mayville on Hwy. 67.
