$50,000 Bond Set For Beaver Dam Man

A domestic incident that occurred on January 16, 2022, that sent a female to a Dodge County hospital, has resulted in a Beaver Dam man facing 2nd Degree Sexual Assault charges.

Bond was set at $50,000 Wednesday for Martin Macias, who is accused of assaulting his girlfriend.

Beaver Dam police investigated a domestic incident last week, with the victim saying the 27-year old Macias had beat her with a belt, a metal spatula, and a wooden spoon, and then sexually assaulted her.

Macias could face up to 120 years in prison if he’s convicted. He’s due back in court next week.
