BREWERS HAVE THREE PROSPECTS NAMED TO THE SIRIUSXM ALL-STAR FUTURES GAME

MILWAUKEE – Major League Baseball today announced the rosters for the 2023 SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game, which includes three Minor League prospects from the Milwaukee Brewers organization.

Representing the Brewers on the National League team will be outfielder Jackson Chourio, right-handed pitcher Jacob Misiorowski and catcher Jeferson Quero.

The 2023 SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game will be played Saturday, July 8 at 6 p.m. CT at T-Mobile Park in Seattle.

Milwaukee joins Boston as the only teams with three players selected. The Brewers will have three representatives in the Futures Game for a second straight season and for the third time in the last six games (was not held in 2020).

Chourio was joined by fellow outfielder Joey Wiemer and left-handed pitcher Antoine Kelly in the 2022 game, while outfielders Corey Ray and Lewis Brinson and infielder Mauricio Dubón represented the Brewers in 2017.

Chourio is ranked as Milwaukee’s No. 1 prospect and the No. 3 overall prospect in baseball by MLB Pipeline. Quero and Misiorowski are ranked No. 3 and No. 4 in the Brewers system and check in at No. 79 and No. 93 in MLB Pipeline’s list of top 100 prospects, respectively.
