Buck Joins Patrons At Noodles & Company

Lunch diners at a Noodles and Company restaurant in Beloit had an unexpected dinner guest around 11:30 Tuesday, October 24, 2023, when a deer crashed through a front window and began roaming the restaurant.

Surveillance video from inside the restaurant shows patrons scattering out of the way as the buck moved through the restaurant. The deer eventually made its way into the kitchen and out a back door.

The restaurant lies less than a block away from a heavily wooded area that has a river running through it where the deer likely came from.

Noodles said the location shut down for the day to assess the situation, deep clean, and ensure the quality of the food was not compromised but opened back up Wednesday with a new special making light of the situation. A 2 buck mac n cheese dish.
