Campbellsport Man Receives Sentence

He was arrested back on September 14 of 2019 for driving under the influence as well as being in possession of drugs. At the time, 34-year old Kevin Heintz, of Campbellsport, admitted to using heroin and then waited for the effects to kick in, before heading to a poker tourney in Indiana. 

Heintz was back in court Wednesday and was sentenced to 6 months in jail, after changing his plea to guilty. Heintz will receive credit for the 138 days he’s already served, and will also be under probation for 2 years.
