Campbellsport Mother And Son Facing Drug Dealing Charges

A 57-year-old Campbellsport woman suspected of dealing drugs from her kitchen table for as long as a decade is one of eight people charged in Washington County Court with conspiracy to sell heroin and other narcotics. Lori Merget, her 31-year-old son William Merget, and six others were charged last Friday. According to a criminal complaint Merget got 450 prescription oxycodone pills per month from two Milwaukee pain clinics and street dealers. She allegedly used the profits to supply her son William with heroin. Other defendants in the alleged conspiracy are from Campbellsport, Kewaskum, and Hartford.
