Car Seat Safety Check Offered By SSM Health And Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue

SSM Health and Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue are teaming together for a one day car seat safety check event.

The event will take place this Wednesday from 3-6 PM at Fire Station number 1 which is located at 815 south Main Street in the City of Fond du Lac.

Certified technicians will be on hand to ensure you have your child’s car seat properly installed in your vehicle as well as answer any questions you may have regarding the transition between car seats to booster seats to seatbelt usage.

Assistance can also be offered to those who may have trouble getting a proper seat restraint due to financial barriers.

Those attending must pre register due to limited availability. You can do so by emailing fdlcarseatprogram@ssmhealth.com.

Participants are asked to bring your child, car seat, car seat manual and vehicle owners manual.
