The Fond du Lac Police Department has been notified by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections on a change of address for Timothy R Kind.

Kind was recently released back into the Fond du Lac Community after serving prison time for convictions involving sexual assault. Kind was convicted in 2011 on 2- counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Assault. In addition, he was convicted in 2008 of 4th Degree Sexual Assault. Kind’s original offenses involved sexual contact and intercourse with 15-year-old and 17-year-old female acquaintances.

Special conditions of Kind’s supervised release include:

1. No contact with victim, no unsupervised contact with minors, no presence in taverns, bars, or liquor stores, and no use of alcohol or illegal drugs.
2. Comply with all rules of high risk sex offender supervision and cooperate with lifetime electronic and GPS monitoring.
3. Face-to-face contact with law enforcement as required, registration with Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program through 2039.

Timothy R Kind is now residing at 186 E Johnson St. #4. in the City of Fond du Lac.
