City of Fond du Lac Police ask for help identifying armed robbery suspect

An update to the story we brought you yesterday. Fond du Lac Police have confirmed that the weapons call in the 500 block of south main street Monday night, November 25, 2024, was actually an armed robbery.

Just before 9 PM, the City of Fond du Lac Police Department responded to the Kool Quick Stop at 506 S. Main Street for a report of a person that held a knife to the clerk working at the time.
Police Chief Aaron Goldstein said in a press release that the person demanded money, and left with an undisclosed amount. The suspect was described as a white male wearing a black jacket, grey sweatshirt, and wearing a mask. The suspect left the store on foot.

Fond du Lac Police have released 2 photos of the suspect during the robbery and are asking if anyone is able to recognize them, to notify the police department at (920) 906-5555 or the Crime Alert line at (920) 322-3740, callers can request to remain anonymous.
