City of Fond du Lac search warrant nets two suspects, drugs and cash

City of Fond du Lac, Police announced the result of a search warrant in the central part of the city last week.

On January 16, members of the Lake Winnebago Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group Drug Unit, in partnership with Officers from the Fond du Lac Police Department, executed the search warrant at 255 ½ 6th Street.

Police say the warrant stemmed from an ongoing investigation into illegal drug sales.

During the execution of the search warrant, Officers located and seized money, cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia inside the residence.

As a result of the investigation, 51-year-old Willie Davis and 37-year-old Jesse Seltrecht were taken into custody on Probation/Parole Holds and transported to the Fond du Lac County Jail.

Both are facing multiple charges including
Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine (1–5 grams)
Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place
Possession with Intent to Deliver THC (200–1,000 grams)
Possession of Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin

Fond du Lac Police Lieutenant Nicholas Hahn stated: This operation demonstrates our continued commitment to addressing the dangers drugs bring to the community.

Both men are due back in court March 3rd for a preliminary hearing.
