Confirmed COVID-19 Cases Top 26,000 In County

One day after seeing numbers dip close to under 100, the Fond du Lac County Health Department reported 421 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the county.

The new cases pushed total confirmed cases past 26,000.

Active cases dipped by 15, while released cases increased by 436.

Fond du Lac County also reported 813 negative tests on Wednesday afternoon.

The Health Department also reported an increase in hospitalizations, up 3, with now 18 people receiving medical care in county hospitals due to complications from the coronavirus.
