Contractor Says Thelma Project Coming Along Nicely

A contractor for the Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts project says it’s coming along nicely. Justin Smith of C.D. Smith says it’s going to be a good thing for the City. He says it’s a busy construction site, but they are within a month of completion of the project. Smith says tile is going down, the ceiling is going up, painting and wallpaper is being worked on as they prepare to turn the facility back over to the Thelma operators. Smith says a number of local firms have been working on the project including J.F. Ahern and C.D. Smith the major contractors and Spies Painting has done some of the work and others.
