Counterfeiting Suspects Sought
Oshkosh Police are warning businesses about a man and woman who passing $100 counterfeit bills in the Fox Valley. The two tried to pass a $100 bill at an Oshkosh business on April 27th and a store employee realized the bill was phony. The woman grabbed the bill and left the store with the man. Police are asking that businesses be careful about verifying $100 bills and if they suspect the bill is counterfeit to give them a call with a description of the person suspected to trying to pass it. You may be eligible for up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
