County Sees Triple-Digit COVID Increases Again

The trend of triple-digit COVID-19 increases continued Tuesday (1/11/2022) in Fond du Lac County.

178 new confirmed cases were posted by the Fond du Lac County Health Department, pushing total confirmed cases in the county to 23,690.

Active cases also rose, up 177, with the Health Department now tracking 3,287 active cases county-wide.

For the second day in a row, there were no released cases to report, while 311 negative tests were processed.

Hospitalizations took a step in the right direction, down seven to nineteen, while one new death was reported. There have now been 185 deaths reported in the county, due to complications from the virus, since the start of the pandemic.
