COVID-19 Numbers Continue To Creep Up In FDL County

Key COVID-19 numbers all took a step in the wrong direction again Friday.

The fond du Lac County Health Department reported 267 new confirmed cases of the virus, with the county now approaching 25,000 total cases.

Active cases rose by 155, with the county now tracking over 3,500 total active cases.

Hospitalizations crept back up by 3, with now 21 people receiving medical care in county hospitals due to complications from the virus.

Two more deaths were also reported Friday afternoon, bringing total deaths in Fond du Lac County associated with COVID-19, to 187.

110 cases were listed as released Friday afternoon, while nearly 1,000 tested were posted as negative.
